Explore Black History through the lens of 4 American Girl dolls: Cecile, Addy, Claudie, and Melody.

Learn about Black History through the eyes of American Girl dolls. We begin with in New Orleans, 1853, with Cecile, then travel to learn about Addy, a slave who escapes in North Carolina in 1864. We will also cover Claudie's story as it relates to the Harlem Renaissance and Melody's Civil Rights Era story.
